By creating an IronCrew account you agree to these terms. Please read them; they’re short.
The service
IronCrew lets gym coaches track their trainees’ attendance, workouts and progress, and lets trainees log their own training. It’s provided by MetalBack.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Coaches are responsible for who they share their gym code with, and for using trainee data only to coach those trainees.
- Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our intellectual property
IronCrew — including its software, design, screens, illustrations, exercise guides and text — is owned by MetalBack and protected by copyright law. “IronCrew”, “MetalBack” and their logos are trademarks of MetalBack.
- You may use IronCrew only through the app and website we provide, for your own training or coaching.
- You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell or redistribute any part of IronCrew, or reverse engineer or decompile it, except where the law expressly allows.
- You may not use IronCrew, its design or its content to build or train a competing product, or use our names or logos without written permission.
Your own training data stays yours (see “Your data” below).
Not medical advice
IronCrew is a logging tool. Nothing in the app, including exercise guides, is medical or professional advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training programme, and train within your limits. Exercise carries a risk of injury, which you accept.
Paid plans
Coach accounts may require a paid subscription. Prices and what’s included are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Your data
Your training data belongs to you. We handle it as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
Availability
We work hard to keep IronCrew running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
