Delete your account
You can permanently delete your IronCrew account and its data at any time.
Option 1: in the app (instant)
- Open IronCrew and sign in.
- Trainees: go to Profile → scroll to Settings → Delete account.
Coaches: tap the account icon at the top right → Delete account. - Enter your password to confirm.
Option 2: by email
Email support@metalback.in from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my IronCrew account”. We’ll confirm and delete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
| Account | Deleted |
|---|---|
| Trainee | Login, profile, all workouts, check-ins, body measurements and goals |
| Coach | Login, profile, the gym and its QR check-in code, and all workout plans. Trainees keep their own logs but are no longer linked to the coach. |
Data is removed from our database immediately and from automatic backups within 7 days. Nothing is kept afterwards.
